Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OpenMaison platform ("Service"), operated by Qanvast Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

OpenMaison is an AI-powered Studio OS for interior design professionals. The Service includes lead management, client communication, quote digitization, project tracking, AI-assisted tools, and related features accessible via web application.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a registered business entity or an authorised representative of one to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

The Service utilises artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, analyses, renders, and other outputs. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for Qanvast-sourced leads are subject to our lead return policy.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
